2. Pursuant to the order passed by the writ Court in CWJC No. 3466 of 2017, the District Education Officer (Establishment) Aurangabad in compliance of the order has passed memo no. 2820 dated 12.09.2022.
3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court MJC No.20 of 2022(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to challenge the said order.
