2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 76, 126(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner outraged the modesty of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 5 days without there being any plausible explanation of delay, and this itself creates doubt on the veracity of the prosecution case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
