2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B) and 307/34of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the F.I.R., unknown persons shot at the victim, which hit him in the back. The name of the petitioners has come during investigation. The petitioners have eight criminal antecedents.
4. Though learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon the orders dated 20.07.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos.23376 of 2023 and 42479 of 2023, by which co-ordinate Benches of this Court has granted bail to the coaccused Chunchun Singh and Sumit Kumar but looking to the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of regular bail for the present.
