Petitioner who was on bail jumped out and on account thereof his bail bond was cancelled on 24.06.2003. Anyhow he was apprehended and is under custody since 27.02.2015.
Taking into account the conduct of the petitioner, on deposit of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) petitioner Deo Sahay Singh will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vth, Danapur in connection with Sessions Trial No.468 of 1997 / 812 of 2015 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.114 of 1994. In case there happens to be default on part of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17305 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 subsequently, then in that event, cash surety deposited by the petitioner will be forfeited otherwise the aforesaid amount will be returned back after conclusion of the trial to the petitioner. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
