1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner claims himself to be elected Member of the Zila Parishad, Arwal.

3. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed as under:- "(i) For issuance of appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.7941 of 2018(2) dt.22-08-2022 2/3 writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents to make a proper inquiry/investigation for misappropriated the government money under welfare schemes of government i.e. scholarship scheme, uniform scheme and Mid-day meal scheme since the year 2010-11 till date at upgraded Middle School, Dangrahar under Arwal Block, DistrictArwal and take an appropriate action against the creed persons who have involved the embalmment of government money under the welfare schemes of the students provided by the Government i.e. state of Bihar.

(ii) To quash the letter 04 dated 03.01.18 issued by the respondent no. 4 by which respondent no. 4 has stayed the memo no. 1393 dated 4.12.17 whereby and under respondent no. 11 has been transferred from upgraded Middle School Dangraahar, Arwal to Govt. Middle School, Chanda, Kaler in light of the decision taken by the meeting of Zila Parishad, Arwal 14.11.17;

(iii) To grant any other relief/reliefs to the petitioner under the facts and circumstances of the case as well as in law."

4. From perusal of the prayer, it is apparent that the petitioner does not have any personal stakes involved and seeks to take up the matters relating to service, P.I.L. are not required to be entertained nor petition in representative capacity can be

5. The writ petition is wholly mis-conceived and accordingly dismissed.
