The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-B)/26/35 of the Arms Act and 20/22 of NDPS Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered, though from co-accused arms and charas were recovered. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, but it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9194 of 2015 (02) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 the present application the petitioner has been roped in one other case.

Considering the nature of recovery and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 61 of 2014 arising out of Fatuah P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014.
