JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) (g) and 32 (2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 700 liters foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is contended the petitioner is in custody since 8.04.2017 and his antecedent is clean. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Saroj Kirti, Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No.33 of 2017 with a condition that if the
