The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with C2A Case No56 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32(ii) (iii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The Superintendent of Police, Vaishali has submitted in his letter that there are as many as seven cases are pending against the petitioner out of which six cases are under the Excise Act.

Taking into consideration the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is accordingly dismissed.
