2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 105 / 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. It is alleged that on 10.08.2024 at about 7:30 AM, while son of informant Arvind Kumar was going to 'Triveni Jal Yatra', he got electrocuted by electric current. It is further alleged that when informant and his another son went to save Arvind Kumar, they were also struck by electric current and thereafter, the villagers disconnected the line, but Arvind Kumar could not be saved and died, whereas other two persons got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case because he happens to be owner of the ice-cream factory. It was an accidental death. The alleged incident did not take place at the ice-cream factory of petitioner, rather it had taken place quite away from the ice-cream factory, due to negligence of the vendor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 568 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
