JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.11.2014 in case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made loaded pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19489 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.88 of 2014.

Since the petitioner has criminal antecedent, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
