JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions, directing the respondents concerned to grant J.P. Senani Samman Pension to the petitioner under J.P. Senani Samman Yojna since it has come into existence."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a wholesome application, complying with the mandatory requirements, as

Patna High Court CWJC No.538 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 contained in notification dated 15th July, 2015, issued by the Home (Special) Department, Bihar, Patna, however, submits that the concerned authority be directed to dispose off the application in a limited time frame.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application, as aforesaid, before the appropriate authority and in case, such an application is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and disposed off, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
