The petitioner seeks regular bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1260/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. In the written report it is alleged against this petitioner that he was found in drunken condition. He was examined with breath analyzer for confirmation and he was found to have consumed alcohol.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.3515 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1260/2018 (Special Excise Case No. 624/2018) subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
