The petitioner seeks bail in Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2012, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 624 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named nine persons including the petitioner and alleged that on the order of Hema Maurya, Ranjit Mahto and Niranjan Mahto fired which hit on the chest of the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is of course named in the FIR, but no specific allegation is against him. He is member of the mob. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2012.

No.9408 of 2015 (3) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that although the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner and the petitioner has remained in jail for more than 21⁄2 years, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.N. Singh, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2012, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 624 of 2013.
