Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

21 pieces of iron nail kept in a plastic bag is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 1.3.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Barun P.S. Case no. 32/2016.
