JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manpur Police Station Case No. 134 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. As per F.I.R., petitioner is said to have caught the brother of the informant and thereafter, the other co-accused persons fired on him causing injury.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has also received the injury in the occurrence and even according to F.I.R. he is not the assailant. He is in custody for more than 4 months having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.308 of 2020(3) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- V, Nalanda (Bihar Sharif), in connection with Manpur Police Station Case No. 134 of 2019.
