ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Diary in the present case has already been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention towards two sets of injury reports, i.e., Annexure-2 and Annexure-2/1 which seem to contradict each other. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the petitioner along with two others had participated in the occurrence as mentioned in the First Information Report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner however, states that it is hardly believable that the son-in-law will jump and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8091 of 2015 (3) dt.27-04-2015 participate in such an occurrence in his Sasural. Considering the materials available on record and the case diary as well as the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
