JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the dead body of son of informant was recovered and it is alleged that one Jitendra Kumar has taken his son with himself but he did not return, thereafter, his dead body was recovered and later on name of petitioner transpired as it is alleged that he has taken Rs. Two Lakh from the deceased to provide him a job and with a view to grab that money, the petitioner along with others killed the son of informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the F.I.R. and has falsely been implicated in this

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there are strong circumstances against the petitioner to show his involvement in the murder of the son of the informant.
Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, once the charge is framed, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
