The petitioner seeks bail in Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 286 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 414, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A raid was conducted inside the Khudiram Bose Prison and some mobile chargers etc were recovered. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 15.11.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S.
