Taking into consideration that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except one case, there is no any other criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Balendra Shukla, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 669 of 2013.
