JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) 15-03-2016 The grievance of the petitioner arises out of an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court on 14.12.1993 in CWJC No. 12077 of 1993 wherein an interim order was passed that no coercive step shall be taken by the Collector with respect to realization of dues from the personal properties of the Director of the Company.

CWJC No. 12077 of 1993 has since been decided on 29th of April, 2010. Therefore, the interim order passed on 14.12.1993 stand merged in the main order.

We do not find any cause to continue with the present petition, moreover, when none is present on behalf of the petitioner.
