Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that his prayer for regular bail had already been rejected by this Court by an order dated 26.2.2014 in Cr.Misc.No. 15583/2013, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits again. From the order sheet of the court below dated 26.11.2014 it also transpires that the petitioner himself had not produced the copy of the order of this Court dated 26.2.2014 directing the court below to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the order.

That being so, this Court will not find any error in the impugned order if the trial of the petitioner is not being concluded. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
