2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed several representations before the respondent authorities, which have not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioners to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the respondent no.2 and respondent no.2 would be obliged to pass a

Patna High Court CWJC No.899 of 2024(4) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against the concerned respondent if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.
