JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-03-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 886 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The marriage of Bibi Tabassum Khatoon, was solemnized with Md. Shadik Ansari, the son of the present petitioners. As per allegation, the complainant was tortured mentally and physically for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of rupees one lac cash. She was

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have no concern with matrimonial dispute between the husband and the wife. Moreover, as per information of the learned counsel the son of the petitioner has denied the marriage to which learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 has submitted that petitioner No. 2, who is mother-in-law, is responsible for matrimonial discord between the couple.
Considering the facts and circumstances, especially the relationship between the opposite party No. 2 and the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 886 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
