The instant application has been filed by the petitioners praying for modification of order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75650 of 2019.

By order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75650 of 2019, this Court had been pleased grant anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2752 of 2020(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/3 bail to the six petitioners. By way of this modification application, it has been prayed that there has been error in the names, age and father's name of petitioner nos. 3 to 6. It is further submitted that during pendency of this application, after the time granted by this Court to surrender, the petitioner no. 3 was taken into custody and, as such, the petitioner is not pressing this application so far as correction in the name of petitioner no. 3 is concerned.

So far as petitioner nos. 4, 5 and 6 are concerned, the name of father of petitioner no. 4 was typed as Jila Yadav instead of the correct Jila Yadav @ Chandrika Yadav. The name of petitioner no. 5 was typed as Deepu Yadav @ Dipur Yadav instead of the correct Deepu Yadav @ Dipur Yadav @ Rajeev Kumar Ranjan. Further the name of petitioner no. 6 was typed as Pramod Yadav instead of the correct Pramod Yadav @ Pramod Kumar.

Thus, the order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75650 is modified to the extent that in the said order the name of father of the petitioner no. 4 shall be read as 'Jila Yadav @ Chandrika Yadav', the name of petitioner no. 5 shall be read as 'Deepu Yadav @ Dipur Yadav @ Rajeev Kumar Ranjan' and the name of petitioner no. 6 shall be read as 'Pramod Yadav @

The modification application stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
