The petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 141/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The victim herself lodged the case and alleged that on 12.08.2013 she went outside her house to attend the call of nature but the petitioner and others kidnapped her and took her to different places. The petitioner and others were trying to take her to Delhi and brought her to Katihar Railway Station but she came across with her villager who assaulted the petitioner. Thereafter the petitioner fled away from Katihar Railway Station. The victim was brought to the house of her brother-in-law. It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 12.08.2013

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12047 of 2015 (5) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 but her father did not lodge any case about missing of the victim. The victim was recovered on 14.08.2013 in the morning but the case was lodged on 16.08.2013. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

It is submitted that Dy S.P. in his supervision has stated that there appears to be love affairs.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 141/2013.
