ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in appeal dated 24.11.2014 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria in Criminal Appeal No. 04 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 20.12.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 41 of 2013 (G.R. Case No. 579 of 2013, Tr. No. 3812 of 2013), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years and fine of Rs. 2,000/-, two years and fine of Rs. 2,000/- and S.I. for two months. Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference with the same.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.252 of 2015 dt.20-08-2015 However, considering the period of custody, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
