The petitioner is in jail custody since 24-10-2014 on the accusation that he was caught by the police officials, when he attempted to refill an empty cylinder.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai.
