This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 06.11.2018 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1st, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Cr. Revision No. 62 of 2018 arising out of Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2010.

Both the parties have agreed that the F.I.R vide Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2010 and a counter case i.e. F.I.R vide Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2010 filed by the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4567 of 2019(3) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 may be quashed to bring peace between the parties. In view of the settlement between the parties, this application is allowed. The F.I.R vide Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2010 and a counter case i.e. F.I.R vide Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2010 filed by the informant and all consequential proceedings arising out of aforesaid F.I.Rs are hereby quashed.
