JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Mr. Kundan Bahadur Singh, learned S.C. 22 appearing on behalf of the State-appellant submits that in view of the Notification No. 1544 dated 03.12.214 issued by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Land Acquisition Directorate), Government of Bihar, Patna, the Stateappellant has decided not to prefer the appeal in the land acquisition matter up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and it was also decided to withdraw the appeal up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. In the present case, the appeal value is at Rs.7,829.73/-.

In that view of the matter, learned S.C.22 appearing on behalf of the State-appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is accorded.
