In compliance of the previous order, a supplementary counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2, 3 and 5. In the aforesaid supplementary counter-affidavit, resolution dated 23.01.2015 of the Board of Directors of the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, Patna (In short 'BIADA') has been brought on record as Annexure-B.

In view of the aforesaid resolution dated 23.01.2015, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority for grant of appropriate reliefs.

Permission is accorded.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner files any representation in the light of the aforesaid resolution dated 23.01.2015 (Annexure-B to the aforesaid supplementary counteraffidavit), the competent authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
