JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Petitioners being brothers of the husband of the victim are languishing in custody since 02.02.2015 and 15.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after five years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of demand is against the father of the husband of the victim. The accusation against the petitioners is that they participated in cremation. It is further submitted that petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim.

Case No. 306 of 2014.
