The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 39 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. On mere suspicion, name of the petitioner figured in the case and the petitioner was arrested but the petitioner was not put on T.I.P and since 16.08.2014, the petitioner is in jail. Similarly situated coaccused Mohan Kumar @ Mohan Malakar has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
