2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No.45 of 2025 arising out of Champanagar P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected.

4. As per the prosecution case, 3 litrs of cough syrup has been recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the recovery of commercial quantify of cough syrup from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner cannot be granted bail. Therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
