2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 685 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 87 and 96 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the date of occurrence the informant along with his daughter had gone to Bank for withdrawing money and when they came out of Central Bank after withdrawing cash, in the meantime, upon looking back, the informant found his daughter missing. The informant tried to search his daughter but could not trace her. The informant received a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4088 of 2025(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/3 photograph and a mobile from the petitioner upon suspicion.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that that the victim girl was recovered and produced before the Magistrate for recording her statement under Section 183 BNSS. It is further submitted that the victim has stated in her statement that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner, namely, Raushan Kumar @ Aryan Singh at Hanuman Temple at Patna Junction. It is submitted that in the entire statement of the victim not a single word has been uttered against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is aged about 19 years. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2024, having no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the age of the petitioner and statement recorded under Section 183 of BNSS of the victim girl and submissions of learned counsel for the

No.4088 of 2025(3) dt.22-03-2025 3/3 parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 685 of 2024.
