Petitioner was not caught on the spot and his name was disclosed by those persons, who were arrested from the house of Ramzan Khalifa.

Earlier the similar type of case was registered against the petitioner and furthermore, having more or less similar allegation one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
