The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dagarua P.S. Case No.212 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a land dispute between both the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that there is a specific allegation of assault against the petitioner.

Therefore, he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is
