The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on alarm being raised while the miscreants were taking away the kidnapped minor grand son of the informant, left the victim and escaped from the scene. One Islam Gaddi was apprehended on chase, who disclosed the name of the petitioner and others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confession of co-accused there is nothing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14214 of 2015 (02) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 on record and Islam Gaddi has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 48668 of 2014. It is further submitted that the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014.
