The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.42 of 2015(G.R. No.1354 of 2015) registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kaimur at Bhabhua.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, has earlier been rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.50807 of 2015, which would appear from Annexure-'1' to the application.

I find no reason to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
