Patna High Court CWJC No.5416 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure-6 submits that Sub-divisional Officer, Siwan Sadar has alredy written letter to the Circle Officer, Siwan Sadar dated 5.12.2018 indicating therein that the Circle Officer is reluctant in conducting the encroachment case no. 5/18-19. He submits that direction may be issued to the Circle Officer, Siwan Sadar to conclude the encroachment case no. 5/18-19. Considering the letter dated 5.12.2018 the Court is constrained to direct the District Magistrate, Siwan to take appropriate action and issue direction for early disposal of the encroachment case no. 5/18-19 pending before the Circle Officer, Siwan Sadar.

If the encroachment case no. 5/18-19 has not been decided as yet, he will see that the encroachment case is decided on priority basis at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
