The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pirbahore PS Case No.295 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 366 A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of enticing the minor girl away from the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of the victim girl has been recorded that does not disclose the involvement of the petitioner in this case and he is in custody for four months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.299 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Patna in connection with Pirbahore PS Case No.295 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
