Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named but from perusal of the impugned order I find that he was arrested in another case and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case also and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
