2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 100 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from an Auto.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to political rivalry. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are neither the owner nor the driver of the seized Auto. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise-II, Patna, in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 381 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
