The petitioner seeks bail in Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner along with Dilip Singh and Ranjit Singh entered into house of the informant. Dilip Singh is alleged to have assaulted Madhu Kumari the daughter of the informant and snatched chain from the neck of the wife of the informant. No allegation is made against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is on inimical term with the informant from before. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9054 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014.
