The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 337 of 2014 under Sections 411, 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended two persons namely, Dilip Prasad and Wazir Ahmad Khan and from their possession, arms and ammunitions were recovered from the motorcycle. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner and others who are said to have managed to flee away. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14148 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2 / 2 named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Siwan, in Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 337 of 2014.
