Petitioner is accused in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that the petitioner and one Amit Kumar were apprehended by the Police and on search, the petitioner was found in possession of 4 life cartridges, whereas Amit Kumar was found in possession of one country made pistol and one life cartridge.

Submission is that the allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of only 4 cartridges without any fire arm. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25025 of 2016 (3) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 is in custody since 07.03.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
