The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Accused Anjum Parveen is said to have got deposited Rs. 15,000/- of the informant in Indusweir Industries on lucrative interest for three years, but on maturity of the scheme, nothing was paid to the informant and petitioner is also said to be the Agent of the aforesaid company. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather specific allegation is against Anjum Parveen.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4467 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 Petitioner happens to be simple Agent of the aforesaid company and collecting the money from its depositors got it deposited in the company. There is no complain of cheating of money of the depositors against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 28.08.2018. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Lala Khan @ Sahnawaz Khan and Hafiz Ayub Majhari @ Md. Ayub Ansari @ Md. Azad Ansari have been enlarged on bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 22.11.2018 and 30.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 66567 of 2018 and 69406 of 2018 respectively.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Arwal in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
