1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent came to be implicated in the case with an allegation that he sought appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher based on forged and fabricated academic certificates. It is next submitted that prior to institution of the present F.I.R., the petitioner is not issued any show cause and behind his back, the instant F.I.R. came to be instituted. It is also submitted

Had the petitioner been issued any show cause prior to institution of the F.I.R. to satisfy the authority about the genuineness of his certificates but later he was terminated.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-1st, Ara at Bhojpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 464 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
