Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission is that liquor was recovered from possession of the son of the petitioner. The petitioner has been implicated on suspicion though the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The son of the petitioner is also an accused in this case.

Considering the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for regular bail, let the petitioner, above named, be

No.501 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No.504 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
