Petitioner has filed this writ petition for provisional release of the vehicle which is subject matter of Confiscation Case No.110 of 2017.

The petitioner has earlier moved this court in Cr.W.J.C No.2012 of 2017 for provisional release of the vehicle. In pursuance of the order passed in Cr.W.J.C.No.2012 of 2017, the vehicle has already been provisionally released in favour of the petitioner vide office letter No.2116 dated 28.09.2019. Thus, this writ petition has become infructuous.
