JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent-Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur, to supply certain informations to the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had approached the Public Information Office of the respondentBhim Rao Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, whereupon directions were issued vide letter dated 02.09.2016 to the authorities of the respondent-University to provide the

The learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that the petitioner may approach the respondentUniversity for redressal of his aforesaid grievance by filing appropriate representation, which shall be considered and appropriate action shall be taken thereon, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Vice-Chancellor, Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Muzaffrpur by filing appropriate representation for redressal of his aforesaid grievance and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
